5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction

Xylotube, the Xylotube logo, and other Xylotube trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Xylotube. Other trademarks and logos used in connection with our Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
